About
Dwango brings JAPAN MUSIC VOCALOID to Anime Expo 2026 for a one-night DJ event celebrating the sound of Vocaloid, with five producers spanning the genre’s history and current frontier.
Late 2000s pioneers kz (livetune) and Hachioji-P, whose work fused club energy with pop hooks, appear alongside newer names SatapanP and picco, who are pushing the style in chaotic and “Hyper Kawaii” directions respectively. They’re joined by special guest TeddyLoid, the producer behind Ado‘s ‘Odo’ and ‘Show’ and the Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt soundtrack.
The event forms part of Dwango’s “Young Creator Discovery and Global Expansion Project through Niconico-led Initiatives”, supporting the next generation of Vocaloid talent on a global stage.
Time: 5:30pm – 8:30pm PT
Entry is included with any Anime Expo 2026 credential, no separate ticket required.
