DJ Krush, the godfather of trip-hop, returns to the UK this month for his first set of UK shows in two years!
Known for his famous re-branding of the hip-hop genre, opting for dark, atmospheric, multi-textured beats, which strayed away from the fast scratch style commonly associated with turntablism, he focuses solely on the musicality that the medium offers. Since starting out in 1985, DJ Krush has become one of the most influential innovators in hip-hop, and has changed the landscape of the genre forever.
In 2015 Krush let loose his new album Butterfly Effect, the first album he’s released in over 11 years. Now he’s in Europe once again touring the continent and will be stopping off in the UK for 3 shows in Dublin, Manchester, as well as a highly anticipated London set at Electric Brixton.
