Crossfaith ended 2021 with a bang by providing their new song Gimme Danger feat. ralph for the 30th anniversary campaign of Weekly Shōnen Champion’s martial arts manga Baki the Grappler.
Now, nearly 2 months later, they’ve released the full track as a digital single worldwide along with an all-new video directed by Takahito Matsuno.
Gimme Danger is the latest electronica infused metalcore banger from the Osaka group who in 2021 released 4 new singles including Dead or Alive and Red Zone.
The track is co-created by rapper ralph, an up-and-coming artist known for his aggressive rap style and sound reminiscent of the UK’s garage and grime scene.
In April Crossfaith will embark on their 5-date Japan tour ATLAS OF FAITH: NEW FRONTIER alongside ralph for shows in Nagoya, Sapporo, Haneda, Fukuoka, and Osaka.
In a comment about the upcoming tour frontman Koei stated that the band wanted to work with and cultivate new artists – “We welcome artists who are exploding their world view by raising their own flags even in other genres as support acts”
