Ichigo Rinahamu has resumed activities as a solo artist and released her new single Zone Brrn following last year’s CY8ER disbandment.
The track, produced by electronic music producer and DJ TeddyLoid, and Vocaloid producer Giga, mixes pop, electronic, trap and rap with whispery and cutesy vocals, and a serious hit of internet culture. The single’s music video is a wild experience with vaporwave, videogame, and anime influences showcasing Ichigo Rinahamu’s unique style.
Described as a pop icon of Tokyo and SNS culture, Ichigo Rinahamu is leading the IRL internet culture and new wave of cyber fashion. From being an original member of alternative idol unit BiS, former member and producer of akishibu project and CY8ER, having her own DJ project under the name Hamrig, to now producing the idol group HO6LA and creating her own solo work, she is no stranger to the music industry.
