Kroi have dropped the music video for their latest funk-filled track, ‘Sesame’, the opening theme for the newly premiered MAPPA anime ‘Bucchigiri?!’.
The song delivers the Tokyo quintet’s quintessential sound – a fusion of funk and J-rock, creating an infectious earworm. While ‘Sesame’ emanates a more mellow vibe compared to their off the wall 2023 barnburner ‘Hyper’, it remains a feel-good dance anthem deserving of the international acclaim it is sure to garner.
Directed by Takuto Shimpo, the music video enhances Kroi’s distinctive style with psychedelic set designs and imaginative costumes.
