ASP (ANTi SOCiETY PUNKS), have released their newest music video, ‘MAKE A MOVE’, ahead of their upcoming performance in London as part of WACK in the UK Vol.2. Alongside this release, they’ve unveiled some peculiar details around their upcoming Zepp Tour in Japan this April.

‘MAKE A MOVE’ is the catchy digital metal-pop B-side to their latest single ‘Heaven’s Seven’, which debuted at #1 on the Oricon Daily Single Ranking upon release. The was the first-ever entirely English venture for ASP, produced by Sam Matlock of London-based rock duo WARGASM. The music video, directed by OSRIN of Tokyo’s creative label PERIMETRON, recognized for previous ASP collaborations like ‘HAiKEi ROCKSTARSAMA 2022’ and ‘TOXiC iNVASiON’, delivers an intense, chaotic, and trippy Y2K-infused glitch fest.

WACK in the UK Vol.2, orchestrated by Japan’s notorious talent agency WACK, is the agency’s sole international artist showcase. Set for March 27th at The Underworld Camden, the event will feature performances from three of WACK’s alt-idol acts: GANG PARADE, ASP, and KiSS KiSS. Building on the success of its 2023 debut, this iteration offered VIP ticket holders an exclusive opportunity to have lunch with the groups before the show, along with other merch and photo perks. VIP tickets sold out almost instantly when released.

Moreover, ASP has introduced some weirdly affordable ticket options for their upcoming Zepp Tour in Japan. Initially reserved for those with tickets to ASP’s Budokan one-man live concert, ‘We are in BUDOKAN “The floor is all ours!!”’ on October 8th, entry to the Zepp Tour is now available to individuals without Budokan tickets for a mere one yen (equivalent to 0.0052p at today’s exchange rate). The caveat? These one-yen tickets provide access to a designated floor section with partitions obstructing the view of the stage.

“Even if it’s just to experience the atmosphere, we hope you’re looking forward to it.” said the group in their announcement on X.

Would you pay 1 yen for a show you couldn’t see?
