BAND-MAID are set to release a collaborative track with Incubus co-founder and guitarist Mike Einziger titled ‘Bestie’. The song, co-written by Einziger and BAND-MAID’s own Miku Kobato, is scheduled for digital distribution on April 17th.

The upcoming collaboration stems from Mike Einziger’s admiration for BAND-MAID’s performance at Pointfest 2023. Impressed by their intense stage presence and musical prowess, he initiated the collaboration, leading both parties to join forces in the studio.

Incubus, recognised as one of America’s most prominent alternative-rock bands, have sold over 23 million albums worldwide and earned nominations for numerous awards. BAND-MAID’s collaboration with Einziger highlights the resounding impact their full-throttle hard rock sound has had on the international stage.

In addition to the upcoming release, the group are confirmed to perform as special guests at Incubus’ Tokyo show on May 1st, 2024, at the Tokyo Garden Theater, as part of their 2024 Asia tour.
