Unholy Orpheus, the new side project of technical melodic speed metal group Unlucky Morpheus, have released their first MV for ‘Undeveloped Land’. The side project features all members of UM, aside vocalist Fuki, with guitarist Shiren taking on vocal duties. The project aims to capture a more melodic black metal sound compared to the main group.
The track offers a glimpse into the band’s forthcoming album ‘what is DEATH?’, releasing on May 29th. The album will feature 11 tracks, with Fuki performing guest vocals on the song ‘TRAUMATA’. Unholy Orpheus have also released an album trailer with teasers of each track, with fans comparing it to bands such as In Flames, Dark Tranquillity, and Shiren’s previous band Undead Corporation.
