KIZU drummer Kyonosuke partners with GALFY for limited edition hoodie

KIZU drummer Kyonosuke has teamed up with one of his favourite brands, GALFY, to release a special collaboration item, the “Kizu Kyonosuke × GALFY THE KYONOFY HOODIE”.

This exclusive hoodie, designed in white, features the iconic GALFY mascot styled with Kyonosuke’s signature look—complete with his distinctive hair, makeup, piercings, a KIZU tattoo, and drumsticks held in its mouth. The hoodie also includes glittering back and sleeve designs inspired by Kyonosuke’s makeup. The collaboration’s concept is: “I fuse Kyonosuke on the field with GALFY doggie in my hand!”. Additionally, each order will come with a bonus—either a ticket for a two-shot session at an outstore event or a signed postcard.

In an Instagram post, Kyonosuke explained that the collaboration has been a while in the making, having met the head of GALFY, Ren, a few years ago. He also said:

That’s why since the release date is now winter, we have created a fluffy and warm parka. What do you think of the KYONOFY graphics on the surface? Aren’t the glittering angel wings on the back amazing? Both of them are filled with my personality, and I think it’s definitely thanks to Ren-san, who has always treated me with love, that I’ve been able to express my personality so cutely and faithfully.

He added, “I’m happy and looking forward to being able to match with everyone”.

GALFY is a legendary Japanese streetwear brand, known for its signature dog logo, which has inspired countless collaborations and designs. The brand played a notable role in the 2004 film Kamikaze Girls (Shimotsuma Monogatari), representing the tough vibe of yankii subculture in contrast to the prim and proper elegance of lolita fashion. In recent years, GALFY has seen a resurgence in popularity and remains a prominent force in Japan’s streetwear scene. Its designs, which appeal to a wide range of fashion enthusiasts and artists, including Kyonosuke, maintain a distinct connection to the brand’s roots.
