Kenshi Yonezu has revealed details for his first-ever world tour, set to begin in early 2025. The acclaimed Tokushima singer-songwriter will perform in Europe and the U.S. for the first time, with highly anticipated shows in London, Paris, New York, and Los Angeles.
The 2025 tour, titled JUNK, will come to Europe and North America following a 20-date run across Japan, Shanghai, and Taipei. Yonezu will first head to Seoul for two back-to-back performances in March before taking the stage at London’s Eventim Apollo on March 30th and Paris’ Zenith La Villette on April 1st. The tour will then move stateside with performances at New York’s iconic Radio City Music Hall on April 4th and the YouTube Theater in Los Angeles on April 6th.
This tour offers Yonezu a chance to showcase his latest album ‘LOST CORNER’ on a global stage. Released in August 2024, ‘LOST CORNER’ quickly garnered international attention, appearing on the Billboard US charts and Spotify’s global rankings. The 20-track album features a blend of recent hits and new material, including the globally successful ‘KICK BACK’, the opening theme for Chainsaw Man, and ‘Spinning Globe’, the theme for Studio Ghibli’s The Boy and the Heron, which won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature. Moreover, ‘LOST CORNER’ also includes a standout duet with AiNA THE END on the track ‘MARGHERITA’.
Tickets for the Europe and U.S. dates of Kenshi Yonezu’s ‘JUNK’ 2025 World Tour go on sale October 11th via Live Nation, with European presales beginning October 9th.
