BABYMETAL have announced their return to Europe in 2025 with their first arena tour ‘BABYMETAL UK & EUROPE ARENA TOUR 2025’. The tour will start on May 10th in Brussels, Belgium.
This will be the Fox God’s chosen ones’ first time bringing their full arena show to Europe, aside their landmark sold-out 2016 show at London’s Wembley Arena. As well as this, support will come from Irish “ouija-pop” singer Bambie Thug, and experi-metal singer Poppy.
BABYMETAL and friends will play venues in Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, Spain, France, finishing up in the UK. London’s The O2 will host the tour final on May 30th. Notably, BABYMETAL will be the first Japanese group to hold a solo concert at the venue. With a capacity of 20,000 people, it has hosted big names such as Bon Jovi, Metallica, and Billie Eilish. Back in 2016 BABYMETAL joined Red Hot Chili Peppers as support for their shows at The O2, and now it’s finally their turn for the headline spot.
Additionally, BABYMETAL have released a trailer for the upcoming arena tour, featuring what fans speculate is a tease of an unreleased collaboration track with Poppy, produced by Jordan Fish (ex-BMTH).
BABYMETAL are currently touring South America, including spots at Slipknot’s touring festival KNOTFEST, and will begin their US tour on November 5th in Orlando. As part of their ‘BABYMETAL WORLD TOUR 2024’, the trio will perform across 15 US cities, wrapping up with a triple date final at Anaheim’s House of Blues. During the tour, they will also hop across to Mexico to support Slipknot at their headline show on November 9th. The group will also be performing at KNOTFEST Australia, in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney.
