JILUKA reveal ‘THE KVLT’ world tour 2025 and first full-length EGM album

JILUKA have just announced details of their 2025 world tour, THE KVLT, as well as their next full length album, all in celebration of their 10th anniversary. The world tour will start in June this year, whilst the album is slated for release in 2026.

Starting on June 1st at Daikanyama UNIT in Tokyo, JILUKA will then head to Europe in June, South America in July. The band note that they will also perform in countries they have never visited before. While they haven’t revealed the cities for their overseas dates, they have confirmed stops in 10 cities across Japan from August to November. The tour final will be held on November 18th at Zepp Shinjuku.

JILUKA World Tour 2025 THE KVLT

This tour is in addition to the already massive support slot on Imminence’s North American The Return of The Black Tour starting March 8th.

As well as this, JILUKA will perform at Tuska Festival in Helsinki in June, and Anime Summit Brasil in July. Other festival appearances are expected to be added.

A long time coming, the album announcement comes just after releasing their 5th EGM (Electro Gothic Metal) single ‘KVLT’. Details are currently scarce, but the band state “JILUKA with EGM takes over the world!!”. The album, set for a 2026 release, will be their first fully EGM album, a genre the band pioneered with the release of their 2022 single ‘BLVCK’. We can expect that the band’s 5 EGM singles will make the cut, but the title and track list are still under wraps.

Additionally, the band announced a new best-of album, ‘BEST OF JILUKA ver.2025’, coming this year. Their previous best-of album ‘XANADU’ (2019), is out of print, and since then JILUKA have gone independent. They will release the album in a limited venue-only run, featuring re-recorded tracks and unreleased songs, available exclusively during the Japan leg of their 10th anniversary tour.
