European fans of BABYMETAL, the now legendary metal idol trio, can finally catch ‘BABYMETAL Legend – 43 The Movie’ in cinemas. Filmed on the final leg of their largest world tour, the movie will begin screening across selected European cinemas from February 28th.
BABYMETAL held their largest ever world tour from 2023 into 2024 which saw them complete 98 concerts in 25 countries. The concerts boasted a whopping 280,000 cumulative attendance. Their very first performance in Okinawa was filmed in full for ‘BABYMETAL Legend – 43 The Movie’.
Whilst the film has already screened across other continents, this is Europe’s first chance of catching it in cinemas. Fans in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, and the United Kingdom will have the chance to see the movie.
For those who can’t make it, the BABYMETAL movie is available now on DVD and Blu-ray. Released on December 11th, this release gives fans the opportunity to experience the live show in the comfort of their home. Additionally, select songs from the show have been uploaded to the group’s official YouTube.

This cinema release gives fans a chance to see BABYMETAL’s live experience before their upcoming UK and Europe arena tour. The tour final will be held at London’s massive 20,000 capacity O2 Arena.
