Ado-produced Phantom Siita up horror idol game with 2nd single ‘Just Wanna xxxx With You’

Ado-produced horror idol group Phantom Siita have released their second single, ‘Just Wanna xxxx With You’, along with a hauntingly unhinged music video.

Phantom Siita, a 5-piece consisting of members Mona, Miu, Rinka, Hisui, and Moka, emerged from a pool of 4,000 auditionees. The new single, written, composed, and arranged by Vocaloid producer Kikuo, features an addictive pop melody, paired with twisted lyrics centered around obsessive and mad love.

The song’s jacket photo has also drawn attention for its eerie design, featuring the members with red X marks across their mouths and bright red eyes, taking the group’s retro horror vibe to the next level.

The music video for ‘Just Wanna xxxx With You’ showcases the group’s smooth choreography, all while depicting the girls kidnapping a male student and killing him in a sacrificial manner, further intensifying the song’s dark themes.

Phantom Siita gained attention with their debut single ‘Otomodachi’, which featured on Spotify’s ‘Idol Pop Japan’ playlist and inspired numerous dance covers on TikTok. They are currently performing as the opening act for Ado’s nationwide arena tour, ‘Ado JAPAN TOUR 2024 ‘Mona Lisa no Yokogao”.

Ado, the group’s producer, commented on the new release:
