Knosis (Ryo Kinoshita) has teamed up with MoistCr1TiKaL and Nik Nocturnal for nu-metal collab single ‘All Wrong’. It released digitally on May 7th along with two music videos.
‘All Wrong’ is another collaboration between Knosis and Nik Nocturnal, previously working together on a cover of Creepy Nuts’ ‘Otonoke’. This time, they’re joined by MoistCr1TiKaL — also known as Charlie or penguinz0 — a YouTuber, streamer, and vocalist for The Gentle Men.
The track leans heavily into early 2000s nu-metal, with Charlie taking on clean vocal duties — saying he was channelling his “inner Mike Shinoda” — while Ryo delivers harsh vocals. In a behind-the-scenes video, Charlie explained that he had sent Nik a Linkin Park-inspired demo that was ultimately shelved around the time he was writing The Gentle Men’s ‘Enemy’. Nik jumped on board with the project, and invited Ryo, and Yosh (Knosis, Survive Said The Prophet).

Commenting on the collaboration in a post on X, Nik Nocturnal said:
“It’s wild to think this all started with a voice memo melody Charlie sent me a year ago. So many amazing people worked on this project with us so please go show them the love and jam the track/MV!!!”

The track received two music videos as part of a $10,000 vs $10 video challenge. The behind-the-scenes challenge video documents both productions, featuring the full $10 version and linking separately to the $10,000 version on Nik Nocturnal’s channel.
Directed by Errick Easterday, the $10,000 video builds on the track’s themes of surveillance and constant scrutiny. The $10 version replicates the same concept using only pre-existing gear, no hired crew, and lo-fi methods. Nik swaps guitar for a ukulele, while visual effects are improvised with a looping TV and a pair of glasses.
‘All Wrong’ arrives shortly before Knosis’ performance at HANABIE.’s DAIKAIHO Fest on May 31st at KT Zepp Yokohama, as well as their upcoming Japan tour with Survive Said The Prophet in October. Titled GENKNOSIS, the tour will stop at CLUB QUATTRO venues in Nagoya, Osaka, and Tokyo, with tickets available via ePlus (Japan only). The tour shares its name with Knosis’ debut full-length album, ‘GENKNOSIS’, which arrives on August 1st via SharpTone Records.
