Vicke Blanka dropped his new single Changes, the ending song to the French sports comedy Revenge of The Shiny Shrimps.
Written especially for the movie, Changes features Vicke Blanka’s characteristic falsetto vocal style with lyrics that deliver a message about embracing change.
Vicke Blanka said of the new single, “It’s a song about change. I wrote the lyrics while reflecting on how all of us want to change, how I want to change, how some things need to change, and how some things need to be changed. I’m honored to be involved in such an important movie.”
Released in cinemas across France on April 13th, Revenge of The Shiny Shrimps (La Revanche des Crevettes Pailletées) serves as the sequel to the 2019 hit LGBTQ+ film The Shiny Shrimps.
In addition, Vicke Blanka will hold a national Japan tour, titled THE TOUR ‘Vicke Blanka’, his largest tour to date. The tour will take him to seven cities around Japan from August 27th through October 30th as he celebrates the fifth anniversary of his major-label debut.
